The Clayton Rugby Football Club will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday February 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Raleigh Brewing JoCo.
The AGM is an important part of the club’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and member engagement. This meeting provides members with an opportunity to review the state of the club, hear updates from club leadership, and take part in shaping the club’s direction in 2026 and beyond.
All current Clayton RFC members, including playing and social members, are strongly encouraged to attend.
In addition to club updates, the AGM will include elections for the following Board of Directors positions:
President
Treasurer
Men’s Director
Nominations for these positions may be submitted in advance or made from the floor on the day of the meeting. Paid adult playing members and Lifetime Members are able to vote on Board positions and any topics that may require a vote.
The strength of Clayton RFC has always been rooted in active, engaged members. Your attendance and participation helps ensure that the club continues to grow in a way that reflects our mission and the values of our rugby community.
We look forward to seeing you on February 7 at Raleigh Brewing JoCo.
