The Clayton Rugby Football Club is proud to announce the launch of our latest initiative, the Johnston County Rugby Park Brick Fundraiser. This campaign invites players, families, alumni, supporters, and friends of the club to become a permanent part of the park’s story while helping us continue to build something truly special here in Johnston County.
When the Johnston County Rugby Park first came to life, it was built on the belief that rugby could create a lasting home for community, connection, and opportunity. Part of the initial fundraising efforts included selling bricks. The bricks already placed at the park around the main sign helped turn that vision into reality. Now, we’re looking to build on that foundation.
The Brick Fundraiser offers a unique opportunity to leave your mark. By sponsoring an engraved brick or paver, you can honor a loved one, celebrate your time with the club, recognize a milestone, or simply show your support for Clayton RFC and the broader rugby community. These bricks will become a permanent fixture at the park, woven into the fabric of a place that continues to grow year after year.
More importantly, every brick purchased directly supports ongoing improvements at the Johnston County Rugby Park. Proceeds will go toward critical needs such as improvements to the turf, improved lighting, facility upgrades, maintenance equipment, and future enhancements that ensure a safe, high-quality playing environment for all who use the facility.
As the park continues to grow our goal is to host even more matches along with tournaments, youth events, and community events. These investments are essential to sustaining and expanding what we’ve built together.
This is more than a fundraiser. It’s a chance to have a lasting impact. Each engraved brick represents a story, a memory, and a commitment to the future of grassroots rugby in our community.
