CLAYTON, North Carolina – The Clayton Rugby Football Club has released our Fall 2022 schedule that includes a total of six matches. Our Men’s 1st XV has five matches schedule and our Old Boys side has one match this coming Fall. This season our Men’s 1st XV is going to be competing in Division 4 of the restructured Carolinas Rugby Union. This past summer, the CGRU restructured D2-D4 competitions to balance the number of teams in each division.
All players interested in playing for the Clayton RFC are encouraged to contact us for details. Practices are currently every Tuesday and Thursday night and games are on Saturday afternoons (for the most part). The Clayton RFC welcomes all players, regardless of experience level. All players get game time regardless. We offer a fun and welcoming environment for players.
