CLAYTON, NC – The Johnston County Rugby Foundation (JCRF), in conjunction with the Clayton Rugby Football Club and Clayton Copperheads Youth Rugby, is proud to offer area fans the opportunity to purchase tickets to the upcoming NACRA Olympic Rugby Qualification Tournament that is being held at the Wake Med Soccer Park in Cary on June 13-14th, 2015.
The Olympic Qualifier offers up the top men’s and women’s 7s teams from North America and the Caribbean in a two-day event to decide which teams qualify for the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Both the men’s and women’s USA National Teams are expected to be in the running to win their respective tournaments.
The JCRF is selling 2-day tickets to the event with profits from the ticket sales going to help support the JCRF as the foundation continues to support and grow the sport of rugby in Johnston County and surrounding areas. Tickets to the event are $25 for the entire weekend.
